The Experience: A Masterclass in Pairing This is an intimate, seated exploration of craft and flavor. Thomas will personally guide you through the 4 C’s of food pairing—Cut, Complement, Contrast, and Complete—demonstrating the intricate interplay between a curated menu from Vanda Thai and four premium ciders specifically selected for this flight:

  • Course 1: Refreshing Thai Salad

  • Intermezzo: Crispy Spring Rolls

  • Course 2: Signature Thai Green Curry over Rice (contains shrimp paste)

  • Course 3: Meyer Lemon Citrus Cup (a bright, zesty mini-dessert)
